Achievement Categories

Train45 achievements group naturally into five buckets. Affection milestones — Office Lady's Love, Gyaru's Love, Conductor's Love, and Butler's Love — require maxing Reina, Mai, Konial, and the owl butler respectively. Exploration mastery covers Route Master (all 57 anomaly cars), Terminal Master (all 19 terminal destinations), and the tutorial pair Anomaly Assistant? / Shopping Trip for your first Konial and butler-assisted clears.

Pazuzu story beats track her rescue arc: Next Customer, Please~, Lost Item Found!, and It's dark... it's scary.... Collection and shop achievements — Mind Your Belongings, All Clear!, Everything Sold Out, and Lost & Found Center — demand prize machines, hidden pickups, butler exchange stock, and every lost-item box. Ending and event unlocks include The Destined End, Train No. 45 (true ending), A Man's Dream, Too Hot!, and We're All Friends.

Most players earn six to ten achievements during a first playthrough — typically the tutorial pair, early Pazuzu scenes, and whichever affection route they focus on. The low-unlock-rate capstones (Route Master, Terminal Master, All Clear!, Train No. 45) require deliberate multi-run planning with our Anomaly Checklist and Ending Planner.

Story and Ending Achievements

The Destined End unlocks when you reach the standard finale at the mechanism room — the ending that asks "Is this really how it ends?" Entering via Konial's Memo route 8-31-45-54 without the true-ending item triggers this achievement and credits, but does not unlock title-screen gallery mode on first attempt.

Train No. 45 is the hidden true ending achievement ("Succeeded in twisting causality"). It requires equipping the Copper Bracelet in chapter 6, raising Konial to affinity level 2, obtaining Xiao Ke OMEGA, and selecting it at the final mechanism room instead of the blank default option. This is the lowest-unlock-rate achievement alongside Route Master and All Clear!

Event achievements A Man's Dream (Mai's bunny-girl outfit at the Collaboration Car terminal) and Too Hot! (Reina hot-spring terminal) tie to specific terminal routes with affinity gates. Anomaly and Investigation Achievements

Route Master ("Discovered every anomaly") requires clearing all 57 anomaly cars listed in the Anomaly Catalog. Use our Anomaly Checklist tool to track which cars remain. Some cars appear only during specific chapters or route revisits with perception gear equipped.

Terminal Master ("Discovered every final destination") demands visiting all 19 terminal route destinations via the phone map. See the Terminal Routes guide for every code. First visits to item terminals also grant permanent equipment capacity bonuses.

The tutorial pair unlocks early: Anomaly Assistant? when Konial helps you through your first investigation, and Shopping Trip when the owl butler assists a later clear. Both are nearly universal among players and serve as onboarding milestones rather than completion hurdles.

Collection and Completion Achievements

Mind Your Belongings requires every prize from the in-train gacha machines. All Clear! ("Collected everything there is to find!") is the broadest pickup achievement — hidden seats, chests, and route-only items across all chapters. Route revisits with perception gear recover most misses from first passage.

Everything Sold Out demands purchasing every butler exchange shop listing. Ticket income from anomaly clears and terminal revisits funds this run — plan a dedicated shopping pass after unlocking late-game terminals. Lost & Found Center tracks all lost-item boxes; v1.0.1 hotfix corrected the final box not triggering unlock.

Pazuzu collection beats overlap here: Lost Item Found! (wallet recovery) and Lost & Found Center (every box) share the lost-and-found system.
