Train45 Lost Items Guide
Eleven lost-item boxes spawn from the second half of chapter 4. They feed butler affection, the Lost & Found Center achievement, and late shop trust. You can find every box without buying hints. Hints only paint the cars on the phone map.
What Counts as a Lost Item
Boxes are distinct from anomaly chests (🎁). Chests are the +4 butler-affection farm listed in the Anomaly Catalog. Lost-item boxes are the eleven pickups the stall’s three map SKUs point at. v1.0.1 Hotfix 2 fixed Lost & Found Center not unlocking on the last box — update past that build before you grind a missing twelfth box that does not exist.
Pazuzu’s wallet is a story lost item (Lost Item Found!), not one of the eleven. Her Dark Room beat is a terminal, not a box. Keep those three systems separate on your checklist: chests, eleven boxes, Pazuzu wallet.
Chapter 5 players still miss car 12 on revisit. Perception gear and the first map hint (cars 1–20) catch leftovers. Pair this page with the Butler guide.

Buy -1- after chapter 4 if tickets are comfortable. Delay -3- until chapter 6 income. Everything Sold Out still requires all three even if you already opened every box. Prices live on the shop catalog.
Phone map will not accept routes while the Copper Bracelet is on. Unequip before you hunt painted cars. See Key Items.
Farm Order
- Clear chapter 4 until the butler takes human form and lost-and-found dialogue appears.
- Open every 🎁 chest car you pass — those are affection, not the eleven boxes.
- Buy Hint -1- if you do not want to re-walk cars 1–20 blind.
- Finish Hint -2- during chapter 5 revisits (Collaboration Car, Arnico, exposure+).
- Hint -3- and remaining boxes in chapter 6 before you spend Konial’s Memo.
The eleven boxes plus max butler affection unlock Butler's Love and Lost & Found Center. Neither achievement is the true ending. Do not enter 8-31-45-54 until OMEGA is in inventory if you still want gallery on this save.

Pre-v1.0.1 builds failed on the last box. Update, then collect any remaining box or re-open the last one on a revisit.
Is Pazuzu’s wallet one of the eleven?
No. Wallet is her story beat. The eleven are butler lost-and-found boxes.
Can I finish lost items after the true ending?
Yes via route revisits. Finish boxes before the Memo route only if you want both shop achievements on the same first credits.
