Train45 Phone Map & Car Navigation

The phone map is the mid-game steering wheel. Chapter 4 turns it on. The Copper Bracelet turns it off. Most “my map is broken” reports are the bracelet, a missing hint, or a wiped queue — not a v1.0.5.1 bug.

When the Map Actually Unlocks

Story chapter 4 hands you car navigation after the storage / lost-and-found beat (route 3-4-5). Until then there is nothing to type. Reina’s Lv5 hot-spring talk and Lv6 cooking talk, plus Mai’s Lv5 “favorite animal” talk and Lv6 “intuition / roulette” talk, also teach the same UI — they do not replace the chapter-4 flag.

You cannot chat the heroines on the first key-press of a new file. Starting-car conversations open after the opening investigation loop and rest-point return. Players on Gamerch’s board still report this as a bug; it is gated dialogue. Details: Common Mistakes.

Steam Deck and gamepad builds from v1.0.5.1 use the same phone UI; prompts swap to button icons. Vulkan is still required on Windows. Confirm the named patch under Steam → Properties → Updates before copying month-old videos.

How to Queue a Terminal

Open the phone → map. Type the car numbers from the matching hint. The set is what matters; Japanese writeups often list a walking order (hot spring 15→1→27, dark room 2→3→10→41, ticket punch 50→23→47). The phone usually accepts the same cars in any order. Pair this page with the 19-code table.

Do not guess destinations 9–19. The client rejects codes until you own the butler or story hint. Event terminals also need the named companion in the party — Reina for hot spring / pet / changing room, Mai for fault / collaboration / door, Pazuzu for punishment. Wrong partner means a silent skip, not an error toast.

Chest route coins let you queue up to seven cars. The shop Commemorative Coin (1,200 tickets, capacity 0) paints unvisited cars so you stop looping the same three. Lost-item hints -1- / -2- / -3- only paint boxes; they are not extra terminals.

Copper Bracelet Kills the Map

The Copper Bracelet (0 tickets, capacity 45) is a chapter-6 Konial tool. While it is equipped, navigation is dead and any queued route is wiped. That is why people unequip, type 8-31-45-54, then walk into the lever before OMEGA exists.

  1. Buy / equip the bracelet in chapter 6.
  2. Clear anomalies for +10 Konial affection per success. Watch the Lv1 talk. Reach Lv2. Finish the third training event → Xiao Ke OMEGA.
  3. Unequip the bracelet.
  4. Re-enter 8-31-45-54 and choose Take out Xiao Ke OMEGA.

Full chain: True Ending. The blank lever without OMEGA is Destined End. As of 20 August 2026 this lock is unchanged on v1.0.5.1 and the 5 August silent depot.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did my phone map stop working?

Copper Bracelet is still on. Unequip it. The queue was cleared when you put it on.

When does navigation unlock?

Chapter 4 after the storage route 3-4-5. Reina and Mai rank-5/6 talks mention the UI; they do not skip the story flag.

Can I type 8-31-45-54 without the Memo?

No. Destinations 9–19 need the matching hint in inventory. The Memo is a chapter-6 story drop.

Do route coins survive the bracelet?

Queued cars do not. Spend coins after you unequip, or you buy the same ride twice.
