From chapter 5, enter anomaly car 13 (Gaze / Sight), Sense successfully, then open the lost-item box. That box gives the Door Repair Notice (車のドア修理公告). Shop copies exist in some price lists, but the story box is the reliable unlock.
Bring Mai to the Door Malfunction Car for her door-pinch intimacy CG and a first-visit capacity bump (+5). Reina at the door fails silently.

The notice’s calendar hint is odd months between March and July: 3, 5, 7. Queue 3-5-7.
