What Xiao Ke OMEGA Does

In the mechanism room, an empty inventory leaves one option: pull the lever. That is The Destined End (Trust the Angel) — credits, the Destined End achievement, and no title-screen gallery on first clear. Holding Xiao Ke OMEGA adds the choice Take out Xiao Ke OMEGA. That is the hidden true ending, Steam achievement Train No. 45 (“Succeeded in twisting causality”), the epilogue, and the memory room.

Konial pours stored tickets and demon power into the item so you can break causality and leave the train. The item is story-only. It is not sold in the butler shop and cannot be dropped. If you spend Konial’s Memo before you own it, you are on the Destined End path unless you restore a backup. Save first: Save Files.

Copper Bracelet Rules

The Copper Bracelet (銅のブレスレット / 铜手镯 / 구리 팔찌) costs 0 tickets and uses 45 equipment capacity. It appears in chapter 6 shop stock. Equip it. Every successful Sense while it is worn grants +10 Konial affection.

While equipped, car navigation is disabled and any queued phone-map route is wiped. That is the number-one “my map is broken” report in August 2026. Do not type 8-31-45-54 until the bracelet is off. Do not walk into the engine room the moment Konial’s Memo drops — finish OMEGA first.

Watch Konial’s Lv1 talk on the way up. Reaching Lv2 starts her story event. After the third special training event, she gives you Xiao Ke OMEGA. Then unequip the bracelet, re-open the phone map, and set the engine-room route.

Engine Room Route 8-31-45-54

Konial’s Memo (コニアルのメモ / 柯尼亚尔备忘录) is a separate key item from OMEGA. Chapter 6 anomaly clears make her reveal the final car. The numbers are:

• 54 — Hot Spring car wall (Reina terminal also uses this car)
• 45 — Collaboration / Pachinko car wall
• 8 / 31 — poster beside the butler (date 8/31)

Queue 8-31-45-54. In the mechanism room, choose Take out Xiao Ke OMEGA. If that line is blank, you do not have the item — back out if you still have a save, or you will play Destined End.

Checklist Before You Spend the Memo

1. Chapter 6. Copper Bracelet in stock and equipped.
2. Konial affection climbing +10 per successful Sense. Lv1 dialogue seen.
3. Lv2 reached. Third training event finished. Xiao Ke OMEGA in inventory.
4. Bracelet unequipped. Phone map accepts codes again.
5. Optional: backup the TrainNumber45 folder.
6. Enter 8-31-45-54. Choose Take out Xiao Ke OMEGA — not the blank lever.

Capacity 45 is huge. If you cannot equip the bracelet, visit unused terminals first — each first arrival raises the cap — or buy an Equipment Capacity Pack (500 tickets). Shop math: Ticket Farming.
