Train45 Top Anomalies Ranked
Ranking all 57 Train45 anomaly cars is tricky — danger and CG value do not always overlap. This tier list breaks cars into S/A/B/C tiers based on three factors: detection difficulty, route code impact, and gallery/CG reward value.
Ranking Criteria
Three factors decide each tier:
- Detection difficulty — how often the anomaly tricks new players.
- Route code impact — whether the car number appears in terminal routes (8-31-45-54, 9-16-29, etc.).
- Gallery / CG reward — whether the car triggers a companion H scene or chest reward.
Tiers:
- S tier — route-critical or hardest detection. Memorize these.
- A tier — companion-affinity gating or high CG value.
- B tier — moderate difficulty, useful for chest completion.
- C tier — straightforward anomaly, low route impact.

A-tier cars gate companion H scenes. Miss one and the gallery stays incomplete.
B Tier — High Difficulty or Hidden Chests
- Cars 2, 7, 12, 21, 25 — chest rewards but no companion gate. Easy to skip on first playthrough.
- Cars 33, 48, 50 — chests plus narrative tie-ins (Giant Konial, Arnico, Vibrator).
- Cars 19, 26, 30 — Surveillance, Seat Eyeball, Mannequin. High detection difficulty due to subtle environmental changes.
C Tier — Standard Anomalies
Remaining cars — Window, Empty Car, Acceleration, Submersion, Hairstyle, Chibi Form, Flashlight, Extension, Tunnel, Low Speed, Falling, Embrace, Disguise, Fashion, Bondage, Arnico (chest variant), Bunny Girl intro, Exposure series — fall into C tier. These are straightforward anomaly detections with no route code impact.
