The last door is the mechanism room — 機関室, 机关室, Control Room, Engine Room, “final car.” Typing 8-31-45-54 empty-handed is Destined End. Holding Xiao Ke OMEGA is the true ending and the title-screen recollection room.
What This Room Actually Decides
Chapter 6 hands you Konial’s Memo after enough anomaly clears. The phone then accepts 8-31-45-54. Walking in with nothing useful leaves one line: pull the lever (Trust the Angel / Pazuzu’s causality). That is The Destined End — credits, the Destined End achievement, no title-screen gallery on that clear.
Holding Xiao Ke OMEGA adds Take out Xiao Ke OMEGA. That is the hidden true ending, Steam Train No. 45, the epilogue, and the recollection / memory room. Community shorthand: Trust the Demon. Item chain: Xiao Ke OMEGA. Lever-only write-up: Destined End.

The Copper Bracelet kills navigation while worn. Unequip after the third Konial training event, then type the four cars. “Map is broken” in August 2026 is almost always the bracelet.

- Chapter 6. Copper Bracelet equipped, Konial climbing +10 per successful Sense.
- Lv1 talk seen. Lv2 reached. Third training finished. OMEGA in inventory.
- Bracelet off. Phone map accepts codes.
- Optional CGs you still want: Reina spring, Mai bunny, Pazuzu dark room — the lever/OMEGA choice does not replay those for you.
- Backup, then 8-31-45-54. Choose Take out Xiao Ke OMEGA.
As of 30 August 2026 Steam’s named changelog is still Patch Note 3 / v1.0.5.1. Event-dialogue replay is promised, not posted. After a true-ending clear, Event Gallery → Next → Ghost H (v1.0.4.2+). Workarounds: Event Dialogue Replay.
