How You Get the Empty Milk Bottle
From chapter 5, enter anomaly car 12 (Shadow), Sense successfully, then open the lost-item box that appears. That box hands you the Empty Milk Bottle (空の牛乳瓶). It is not a butler-shop flyer and not a Reina affection talk.
Bring Reina to the Nursing Room for her hand-technique intimacy CG and a first-visit capacity bump. Without Reina the door fails silently.
