Train Inspection Report -3- is a Mai intimacy terminal. Raise Mai to affection 5 and finish the “favorite animal” talk to receive the report. Inside you unlock Mai’s cat-costume scene and +7 capacity on first visit.
Do not mix it with Inspection Report -2- (Break Room 13-14-30-5, a lost-item / capacity terminal) or the Door Repair Notice (3-5-7). Report -3- text points at cars 7, 22, 24, and 32 for “priority maintenance.”
